TØFL are releasing new music and playing their biggest club shows across the country.

Massive energy, relatable lyrics, and booming singalongs. The line between audience and band disappears, and it feels as if the entire room is reaching toward something bigger together.

“It was pure, uninhibited joy both on and in front of the stage. The kind of concert where you’re having a great time even if it’s pouring rain.”
– Adresseavisen, about TØFL at Pstereo, rating: 6/6

With their debut EP “Eg ska” in 2018, TØFL quickly established themselves as a band with a unique ability to put existence into words in a way most people can relate to. Their debut album “Eg fins, WTF!?” (2022) received strong reviews and was followed by a sold-out show at Rockefeller.

Last summer, they were the most in-demand band at Balestrand Badeklubb, and they have headlined both Mablisfestivalen and Fredvikafestivalen. They have sold out venues such as Samfundet and Fiskepiren multiple times.

“On stage, TØFL is a band with endless crowd appeal and energy. (...) Even if you’ve never heard a TØFL song before, it only takes a couple of minutes before you’re completely won over. (...) They shared the lineup with live legends like Honningbarna and Spidergawd, yet still managed to deliver the finest moments of pure festival joy.”
– NRK P3, Jesper Nondal on TØFL at Fresn

“The EP ‘Eg ska’ and the debut album ‘Eg fins, WTF!?’ might as well have been called ‘Greatest Hits Vol. 1’ and ‘Vol. 2’, because the entire crowd sings along to every single song, all met with equal levels of enthusiasm. (...) If I were booking summer festivals across this long country, I would do everything in my power to place Tøfl as high on the lineup as possible. Why? Because audiences go absolutely wild over everything they do.”
