We make sure that all our guests have a good time and that everyone behaves within the framework of the house rules. All guards receive courses and training in relevant regulations, first aid and conflict management. The guards gain unique experience with security work in everything from bar management to major concerts and festivals. We work both independently and as a team, and have strong cohesion in the guard group.
